Terms of use

1. Fan platform, provided as-is

RiftRush is a free, independent, fan-made companion for Fortnite. By using it you accept these terms. RiftRush is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and your use of it is at your own risk.

2. Accuracy and availability

  • All Fortnite data is read from external services. RiftRush does not control those services and cannot guarantee that they are correct, complete, or online.
  • Metrics are shown exactly as published by the source. Where a number is calculated by RiftRush, it is labelled as such. Where a source publishes nothing, RiftRush shows an unavailable state rather than an estimate.
  • Nothing on RiftRush is financial, commercial or competitive advice. Do not rely on it for decisions with real-world consequences.
  • Features may change, pause or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, mirror, resell or systematically extract RiftRush content or data.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the platform’s security, rate limits or access controls.
  • Do not use RiftRush to distribute unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, including in any name or text you enter into your profile or vault.
  • Do not present RiftRush data as official Epic Games communication.

4. Your account

A Rift ID is optional and only powers personal features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Fortnite, the Fortnite logo, all in-game names, cosmetics, imagery and related marks are the property of Epic Games, Inc. and its licensors, and are used here for identification and informational purposes only. The RiftRush name, interface, design system and generated Rift artwork belong to RiftRush.

6. No affiliation or endorsement

RiftRush is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Epic Games, Inc., nor by any third-party data provider it reads from.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiftRush is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or from reliance on data displayed on it.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as RiftRush evolves. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
